About

Sharon Ray

Sharon is licensed in the state of Nevada as a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern. She graduated from Liberty University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Human Services Counseling. Sharon has educational and mental health services experience with educational levels ranging from Head Start to high school. She has also provided empowerment workshops to women and children in domestic violence centers, as well as imprisoned men.

Her approach to therapy is centered on “educating and motivating” her clients to discover, develop, and deliver their renewed minds, bodies, and spirits. She is a Counselor of change. As a native of the New Orleans area, Sharon understands the mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges of surviving and understanding one’s personal struggles. As a people that have been judged differently, it is Sharon’s motto that “Everyone deserves to be treated as an individual, not as an environment or unfortunate situation”…Sharon Ray.

Therefore, it is her passion to assist clients with navigating those stereotypical thoughts and challenges, understand why they exist, and eliminate them through their own free will and actions. She enjoys working with anyone who is ready to change their minds one thought at a time.
