Franchesca Van Buren, Esq.

Founder and CEO

Franchesca founded Insight in 2012 to help at-risk youth in rural Nevada. She is an attorney and entrepreneur who uses her combined expertise in business and in the law to build companies that are ethical, and sustainable, and provide value to their communities and to the world. She believes that companies must provide value to their customers and clients, but to be truly sustainable must also create corporate cultures that value every single individual team member for their unique contributions. Franchesca is half Chilean and fluent in Spanish. She spends her time outside of the office with her husband and young daughters.

Jennifer Deas

Director of Clinical Human Resources

Jennifer is a dedicated provider and Director of Clinical Human Resources at Insight Therapy Solutions, where she plays a vital role in managing, assisting, and guiding other providers. In her position, she also takes charge of onboarding new providers, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Jennifer’s passion for mental health and social services extends to underserved communities and people of color. She brings together her formal education, holding a Bachelor of Social Work from UNLV and a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University, with her extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families, Jennifer showcases her cultural competence as a clinician. Her clients greatly appreciate her ability to understand and respect their unique values and beliefs. With her blend of education, experience, and genuine empathy, Jennifer contributes to providing comprehensive and culturally sensitive care at Insight Therapy Solutions.

Abigail Anderson

Abigail Anderson

Abigail is a licensed clinical social worker and an Clinical Director at Insight Therapy Solutions. In addition to providing care to clients, she plays a crucial role in managing, assisting, and guiding other providers within the organization. Before completing her clinical hours, Abigail gained valuable experience as a licensed social worker in diverse settings, including medical social work, working with the aging population, and supporting children and families. Abigail possesses a deep understanding of how depression and anxiety can profoundly impact individuals’ lives, often creating a challenging and negative environment. She recognizes the battles faced in the journey toward improved well-being and is dedicated to helping clients navigate that path and achieve a sense of healing and growth.

Kyrsten Sprewell

Assistant Clinical Director

Kyrsten Sprewell is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Pasadena, CA. Her journey into social work was sparked during her pre-teen years, growing up in an inner-city environment surrounded by friends who were either involved in the juvenile justice system, lived in foster care, or were affected by gang violence. This early exposure to the challenges faced by her community ignited a passion in Kyrsten to make a tangible difference. She was particularly drawn to the significant impact social workers can have across diverse populations and was motivated to reform the systems to better serve those in need.

Suzanne Foss

Clinical Onboarding and Credentialing Manager

Suzanne is the Clinical Onboarding and Credentialing Manager with 26 years of professional administrative experience. Her passion for administrative management comes from her love for personal interaction and organizational excellence. Before joining Insight Therapy Solutions eight years ago she worked with victims of domestic violence. Being able to work remotely has allowed her the privilege of living both in Las Vegas and Key West. She loves traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren and their four fur babies.

Office Manager

Hiyas is managing the HR, Frontdesk, Marketing, and Business Development departments. With her comprehensive role, she ensures that the company operates smoothly and efficiently. Hiyas is committed to supporting and encouraging her team members and fostering a positive work environment. As Office Manager, Hiyas prioritizes organization and efficiency to enhance company performance. She goes the extra mile to ensure that the team members, clients, and the company as a whole are treated fairly and receive the support they need. Salina Dorado is the Customer Service and Business Development Supervisor with over 10 years of customer service experience. She is dedicated to make positive impacts in peoples’ lives through exceptional service and leading teams to deliver top-notch experiences. Outside of work she enjoys visiting her family in sunny California and trying new restaurants with her husband.

Akshay is responsible for overseeing a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to clients. With extensive experience in the medical billing industry, Akshay previously worked as a Medical Biller and Credentialing Specialist before assuming the role of Billing Director. Throughout his career, Akshay has displayed a genuine passion for assisting clients and a strong dedication to providing top-notch services. He takes pride in maintaining efficient, accurate, and transparent billing processes at Insight Therapy Solutions. Harjot "Isabella" Kaur

Billing Director

Isabella is a 25-year-old professional who completed her BCA in 2018. With her experience working at Insight Therapy Solutions, she has developed a strong proficiency in the stages of eligibility and benefits as a billing associate member. In her current role, Isabella oversees a team, focusing on reducing denials and ensuring accurate benefit details for our valued clients. Balancing her professional life, Isabella dedicates her weekends to spending quality time with family and friends. One aspect of her job that she finds particularly fulfilling is the ability to bring joy and relief to individuals experiencing stress or discomfort. This aspect of her role not only contributes positively to the community but also enables her to meet new people daily, offering support and sharing knowledge. AR Lead (Insurance & Client)

Prosenjeet is a seasoned professional with thirteen years of diverse experience and a strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR). Beyond his professional pursuits, Prosenjeet enjoys spending time with his family, engaging in reading, and is committed to lifelong learning. He possesses a remarkable ability to connect with associates and clients alike, thanks to his excellent listening skills. A lover of nature’s beauty, Prosenjeet has a particular affinity for beaches, finding them to be the perfect escape for relaxation and a break from his routine. He also expresses a keen interest in tattoo art, exploring this unique form of creative expression. His curiosity extends to solving mysteries and understanding the human psyche, which he satisfies by immersing himself in crime series. In his current role, Prosenjeet plays a vital role in the supervision of insurance AR, focusing on accuracy and effectiveness, as well as in the administration of patient AR.
