About the role

What we need:

  • Master’s degree graduate
  • Must be fully licensed at least in NV (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW)
  • Can be located in any state, as long as they are licensed in NV
  • Experience preferred providing play therapy, infant mental health therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, etc. if specializing in working with children
  • Experience preferred using Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, or other couples therapy techniques if specializing in working with couples

We actively recruit therapists licensed in Nevada, as well as those from other states who are not yet licensed in NV. For therapists not currently licensed in Nevada, we provide support to help you obtain your Nevada license.

  • Smooth Onboarding Process: We aim to credential you with at least one insurance company within 2 weeks to 30 days. We’re committed to swiftly filling your schedule, usually within 1-2 months.
  • Wellness Program: Designed to help staff learn ways to manage stress and prioritize their own self-care, including opportunities for Individual and group coaching sessions with an on-staff licensed therapist.
  • CEU Reimbursement Available: Up to $1000/yr in reimbursements for CEUs of your choosing, after 1 year with Insight and with a 25+ session caseload per week.
