Dr. Jamie Marie Cavaliero, PsyD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. With a strong commitment to evidence-based practices in both assessment and treatment, she establishes a supportive and non-judgmental environment for personal growth, fostering mental wellness. Dr. Cavaliero has worked with adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate through different clinical challenges in both one-on-one and group settings. Her goal is to guide each person towards a more fulfilling life.

Specializing in a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, coping skills, depression, mood and anxiety disorders, and more, her expertise encompasses techniques such as Adlerian, clinical supervision and licensed supervisors, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), eclectic, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and person-centered therapies.

Most recently, Dr. Cavaliero worked as the Clinical Director of Psychology Services at Hartgrove Hospital. Prior to this role, she served for two years in the same capacity at HGH’s sister site, Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital, and also acted as a Patient Advocate. In her position, she coordinated their externship program, assisting graduate students in learning therapy techniques and conducting testing services for the child and adolescent population.
